Structure

Pay attention to the shape of the outlet!

• The exhaust outlet is located at the lowest position.
• A gently sloping bowl-shaped exhaust outlet.
• With an internal volume of just 13 μl, the design prevents liquid accumulation, ensuring smooth and efficient discharge of the liquid. This compact volume promotes faster flow and improved performance in various applications.

After thoroughly cleaning the inside and replacing the reagents, analysis with different reagents can be performed consecutively to prevent cross-contamination of liquids.

• It has a rocker/diaphragm structure with the center of the moving part as the fulcrum.
  The internal volume distribution is inverted left and right by energizing and de-energizing, but the overall internal volume does not change, so the impact on the quantitative performance of the device is reduced.

Low power consumption due to power saving function

The power-saving circuit built into the solenoid valve body reduces power consumption to 1W.

Rocker Structure::  The valve and solenoid are linked via a rocker arm, so heat transfer is mild.
