This system combines blasting with a robot that performs various blasting operations such as air blasting and sandblasting.
By using a robot in the conventional blasting system, this machine enables even more flexible work. As a result, fully automatic continuous cleaning can save labor, improve productivity, and reduce costs. In addition, the robot system combines a robot, a cleaning room, a work trolley, a recovery machine, a sorter and a dust collector, so there is no need to have a large number of dedicated blasting machines for each workpiece.

When the workpiece is placed on the trolley and the switch is pressed, the trolley goes to the abrasive room and the work is carried out inside. When the work is finished, the curtain opens and the trolley returns to its fixed position. Since it is easy to install and requires only a small amount of space, it can be installed in a corner of a factory or in a container. Existing blasting machines can also be used.
