Features
JW series is three-phase thyristor regulator, which is compact, lightweight, and capable of high-density instrumentation. Using 6-arm control improves controllability.
The control system offers two options: phase-angle firing control and zero-cross firing control, which can be switched as needed.
For phase control system, there are: voltage, current, and power feedback control types and no feedback control type are available for selection according to heater characteristics.
- Compact all-in-one structure A slim structure with a narrow width achieves high panel installation density.
- Setting communication unit (option) is available Displaying present voltage value, current value and power value, parameter setting and operation switching are available.
- Standard features include a disconnection alarm and current limit.
- The system includes various protective functions: thyristor gate-off during over-current, fast-acting fuse blowout for load short circuits, and thyristor gate-off during overheating of the heat radiation fin.
It also features alarm functions for three-phase control, including phase sequence abnormality and phase drop alarms.
