Instructions

Rotate the left and right pressure regulator handles to the right, and adjust to 0.4 MPa while looking at the pressure gauge. ② The pressure switch is set to 0.4MPa. ④Open each gas pole valve. When changing the working pressure, change the set value of the pressure switch. ③Insert the power cable into an outlet (100V). ⑤ Set the flow rate for each gas using the digital display of the mass flow controller. Please use the mixed gas in this state.
