Overview

The diaphragm type pressure gauge is a device where the pressure receiving part is directly connected to a diaphragm mechanism, and it is integrated, with the interior filled with liquid and sealed in a vacuum.

Structure

The measurement fluid does not come into direct contact with the pressure area and the Bourdon tube by separating them with a diaphragm. A suitable liquid is enclosed to smoothly transmit the pressure applied to the diaphragm to the pressure gauge. The diaphragm is a simple plate-like shape, and various materials can be selected to match the measurement fluid.

Application

It is widely used for measuring fluids that include highly corrosive fluids, high viscosity liquids, and solids, such as in the petroleum, paper, and chemical industries.
