One-side positive insert with high depth of cut and high feed machining
Axial rake angle of main body is strengthened, and the insert is a positive insert with excellent sharpness. 14 type is possible high feed machining with a high cutting depth of ap: max. 2.5 mm.
Large chip pocket achieved excellent chip removal
Large chip pockets are designed to improve chip evacuation during high-feed machining.
It prevents problems such as biting chips during machining.
Wide range of inserts for a wide range of work materials
3 coating grades, such as JC8118, JC8050, and JC7550, can be applied to a wide range of materials from general steel to prehardened steel and high hardened materials.In addition, new DS150 coating is for difficult-to-cut materials such as titanium alloys.
