Description

2GP Self-Priming Pump Set include:

• 02 pumps are installed firmly on the platform
• Pressure tank
• Discharge collector system: pipes, check valves, pressure relays, meters
• Control cabinet: Controls two pumps operating in parallel and rotating mode according to the pressure relay signal

Advantages: the system: simple design, easy to operate

Disadvantages: system interrupt flickering, caused by:

• Calculation of pump parameters is not close to reality, eg too large flow, or too large pressure
• Periodic pressure relays have to be changed, due to frequency of switching: bad contact, ..
• Pressure cylinders do not periodically check gas pressure for failure of vessels Therefore, the system operates slowly and easily, causing phase loss at starting from causing pump fires, or pumping always operating in low efficiency areas.
