Complete oil-free! Ultracompact turbine vibrator
This product is used for the following applications:

Features
Turbine vibrator is a pneumatic vibrator used in complete oil-free. Like the conventional ball vibrator, simply supplying compressed air into the turbine vibrator will easily generate vibration. (Lubrication is strictly prohibited to use for supply air) Because the turbine portion rotating at high speed does not contact with housing portion and generates vibration, the turbine vibrator produces very low level of noise and is friendly to the plant environment. The housing body, turbine, and air joint of turbine vibrator are items conforming to Food Sanitation Act, and other outer parts including muffler and cover bracket use stainless steel material. Therefore, the turbine vibrator can be used safely in food, pharmaceutic chemical and precision part industries. Turbine vibrators are available in a total of three models: model BTP of resin housing and model BTS of stainless steel (SUS304). All of joint, muffler, cover, etc. use stainless steel material. As equipment for preventing clogging or adhesion of powder, turbine vibrator is a flow aid product that is helpful for an area where minor vibration is required or for preventing clogging in hopper or chute. (Cautions for operation) Bearing and lubricant used in vibrator meet the food specification, and their service lives are shorter than bearing for general industry. In the use of turbine vibrator, it is recommended to avoid continuous operation and to perform intermittent operation. Replacement frequency of bearing is 150 hours (in our company’s test) as a rough indication, and if vibration frequency is lowered or an abnormality such as abnormal sound is detected, replace the bearing ahead of time. If the vibrator is used in environment other than fool that is not related to aspect of hygiene, when bearing is replaced for the first time after the new product is installed, replacing it with a general-purpose bearing can extend the service life. For details, contact our sales staff. (However, because the above instruction is for functional maintenance on aspect of hygiene, we do not assemble new products, using such bearing or grease.)
Complete oil-free (prohibition of oil)
Turbine rotating at high speed is supported by bearing, and it rotates with housing portion not contacted. Thus, this turbine vibrator is a pneumatic vibrator used in complete oil-free (lubrication is strictly prohibited).
Very quiet operation
Unlike other pneumatic vibrators, turbine vibrator does not have metallic contact portions in housing and rotating portions. It is very quiet vibrator because it operates in a noncontact manner and is equipped with high-performance muffler as standard.
Use of material conforming to Food Sanitation Act (compliance with health laws)
Items conforming to Food Sanitation Act are used for case body, turbine, and air joint, and stainless steel materials are used for other outer parts. Bearing grease for food machinery (NSF class H1 certification product) is used. Therefore, this pneumatic vibrator can be used safely in food, pharmaceutic, chemical and precision part industries.
(For model BTP, polyacetal resin is used for body housing. Stainless steel is used for other outer parts. For model BTS, housing is also made of stainless steel)Vibration force adjustable by pressure regulation of supply air
For turbine vibrator, simply operating the pressure of compressed air allows frequency and centrifugal force to be easily changed. Once the product is installed to a target object, it is possible to easily make the most appropriate adjustment of vibration, for example, by increasing the air setting pressure if the vibration is low or decreasing it if the vibration is high.

The vibration principle is that turbine with eccentric weight in housing is rotated at high speed by compressed air force, which generates vibration
Lightweight and compact size
The smallest and lightest model BTP18 with plastic body is a compact body in 17mm x 32mm in body width and 50g in weight. Therefore, it can be installed to hopper or a small area to which standard vibrato cannot be installed.
Various installation methods
Turbine vibrator is provided with mounting holes for body, which include one place in the front of body and two placed at the lower part of body. The vibrator can be mounted freely to the target object depending on its shape, space, and vibration effect. In addition, if the attachment that is fixed to the container with bolts and without welding is fabricated, it is easy to mount and dismount the vibrator.
Applications expanding on your idea
Although the turbine vibrator is generally used to prevent minor clogging of powder in hopper or chute, it can be utilized as a motor for vibration table used for filling. Applications are expanded on various ideas, such as applying the vibration to eliminate buildup in parts supply line of production lines.
Excellent in corrosion resistance and usable in wet site
The housing body is made of polyacetal resin and stainless steel and other components make heavy use of stainless steel Therefore, the product is excellent in corrosion resistance, and can be used in wet location for a long period of time.
Excellent in explosion proof
Because power source is only air, there is no risk of explosion and the product can be used safely even in explosion-proof areas.
