- Dam concrete placement
-
Features
The dam-use high-frequency inverter is a special-purpose power supply unit for the dam-use vibrator HIB series for concreting dam works and sand control dams. This frequency converter raises the frequencies of commercial power with an input voltage, 3-phase 200 V, 50/60 Hz to 125 Hz by inverter, thereby running the vibrator at a high frequency of 125 Hz. This model has an output capacity of 10 kVA, which allows four dam vibrators HIB 100A to run at the same time.
[Compatibility of the outlet of the distribution board with a vibrator plug] The long-used flat plug and outlet have been changed to lightweight round types to ensure easier operation and higher maintainability. The flat outlet is incompatible with the round outlet.Power supply unit designed specifically for dam-use powerful high-frequency vibrator
The eccentric weight (pendulum) interlocking with a large motor of the HIB series of dam-use vibrators (optional) is revolved to produce a powerful centrifugal force.
Experiments and other experiences demonstrate that the frequency range of 117 to 133 Hz in concreting is desirable in concreting.
The inverter HD 2100A as a special-purpose power supply unit is designed specifically for vibrators, producing a high frequency of 125 Hz.Inverter output can be branched to use more than one unit.
More than one vibrator is used on a worksite at the same time. Inverter output can be connected to a special-purpose distribution board HIB-BS (optional) for use.
Four vibrators can be continuously operated.
With an output capacity of 10 kVA apiece, four dam-use vibrators HIB100A can be used at the same time.
Equipped with an operation display PATLITE lamp
Concreting worksites are often faraway locations with cords extended from the power supply. These vibrators are therefore equipped with operation display PATLITE lamps.
This provision allows workers to see the status of the power supply (on or off), which ensures safety and convenience. If no PATLITE lamp is needed, it can be easily detached from the vibrator. What the panel displays at an abnormal shutdown tells why and what to do.
The inverter protector comes equipped with overload, open-phase, abnormal heat-up, and various other protection features.
At the same time as an inverter trip, the causes of abnormality are displayed on the operation panel display.
That can be compared with the table, attached to the inside of the panel, of causes of trouble and actions to be taken at an abnormal stop.Specification
