A versatile backup power unit for disaster preparedness

The “BPU Series HANKOKU BATTERY” is an AC power supply unit with power conversion and control functions. By combining it with a solar panel or commercial power source, it can supply the necessary power at any time, even during a power outage caused by a disaster. It can also be used to strengthen existing alarm equipment.

High Power

Sirens up to 7.5kW can sound for 30 minutes (standard product). Time extensions are also available by special order.

Low cost

The introduction cost is relatively low. Supply from commercial power sources allows operation with fixed-rate reception of single-phase 100V or 200V electricity.

Can be used anywhere

Available in two types: outdoor and indoor, so you can install it anywhere. Stainless steel housing is also available as an option.

Compact and lightweight

By using lithium-ion batteries, it has achieved overwhelming compactness, light weight, and long life. Outdoor pole type is standard for up to 3.7kW.

Inverter power supply system

By adopting an inverter power supply method, optimal current control for connected devices is achieved.

DC power supply unit integrated type also available

By integrating a lithium-ion battery into the DC power supply, further space savings are possible.

Solar backup unit for siren

By combining it with a solar panel, it is possible to supply power from solar energy. It can operate various devices even in places where it is difficult to secure commercial power or during power outages caused by disasters. Installation is easy because the mounting pole and control unit are integrated.

Can be operated with solar powerEven in locations where it is difficult to pull in commercial power, operation is possible as long as sunlight reaches the area.

Cost reductionIf power is supplied only from the storage battery, no power contract is required, which reduces running costs.

Pattern sounding functionThe pattern sounding function is implemented, so the siren can be sounded according to the application.

Remote monitoring and control is also supportedBy adding an external input/output interface (optional), remote monitoring and control is also possible.
