Automatically loading large panels on the pallet at high speed
We manufacture various size of auto palletizers. Auto palletizer automatically picks up and load large panels such as side panel, roof and door on the designated pallet. We have delivered it with high speed tandem press line and large cross bar transfer press machines.
Vision system makes it possible to safely and manually inspect all panels on the conveyor and addresses to loading panels without flaws by reducing mechanical structure.
Auto palletizer can pick up and load the panels on the pallet and follow the motion of high speed press, operating at the speed of 18min -1.
Features
Visual tracking system
After the inspection process, the system detects position gap of panels with camera and automatically corrects the pickup point according to the gap. And by conveyor tracking, the system enables auto palletizer to pick up the panels from the conveyor continuously operating.
Special conveyor
We adopt plastic modular belts to the conveyor in order to prevent belt meandering and pulsation.
Examples
Palletizer for large size cross bar transfer press
This palletizer, addressing to operating at the speed of 14 min-1 and manual inspection for all panels,is installed in a large size cross bar transfer press. It has various loading patterns such as flat, skewed, shelf and leaned on the pallet.
Auto palletizer for high speed tandem press line
This palletizer addresses to operating at the speed of 18 min-1 and manual inspection for all panels. It has various loading patterns such as flat, skewed, shelf and leaned on the pallet. Also it can load panels as hanged on the hanger conveyor.
