By attaching a servo-driven straight shear type to the blanking press instead of a blanking type, trapezoid shear cuts coil materials into trapezoidal or rectangular shapes.

The cutting angle moves by the cycle servomotor at each preset angle.

We have developed suspend type that fixes the upper blade mounting frame to the slide of the press instead of the tapping type. Compared with the tapping type, the suspend type doesn’t make an impact noise so that it operates quietly. And it follows with the motions at faster speed of stroke so that it can make it operate more productive.
