Isolite Insulating Fibermax Vacuum Formed Shapes
Manufacturer: Isolite Insulating
FIBERMAX VACUUM FORMED SHAPES
Features
High-temperature binders
VACUUM FORMED SHAPES are produced by dewatering a slurry of BULK FIBER and high-temperature binders. This manufacturing method permits considerable freedom to vary shape and thickness.
Application
- Aluminum holding furnace tap-out cones
- Riser sleeves and hot tops
- Hot water boiler combustion chambers and electric furnace lining insulation
- Burner tiles, viewing windows, high-temperature gaskets, and tundishes
- Heating furnace riser pipes
- Continuous casting nozzle thermal covers
