RIGIDIZER and RIGIDIZER BLUE are colloidal silica compounds to create a tough skin surface on 1260 ceramic fibre products by spraying, brushing or dipping for greater resistance to gas flow erosion.
Introduction
Characteristic: In liquid form, hardened by air drying
Max. service temperature: 1100℃
Coverage: 5-6 litres per m2 after mixed with water
Storage: Keep in a cool place, especially for the long term, and must be protected from freezing.
Preparation: Mix RIGIDIZER or RIGIDIZER BLUE with 6 times the volume of water before application
