Overview

A two-way solenoid valve features one inlet and one outlet, functioning as an ON/OFF valve in piping systems.

It directly controls liquids like water, oil, and chemicals, as well as gases such as air and other gases. The working fluid pressure is generally low, with most products operating at a pressure of 1.5 MPa or less for liquids and 0.99 MPa or less for gases.

In our company, we have successfully manufactured solenoid valves that can open and close at pressures exceeding 10 MPa, depending on the fluid type and diameter.

Features

The diaphragm and pilot valve are directly connected, allowing use even with zero differential pressure. It features a domestic explosion-proof certification Exd IIB + H2T6 explosion-proof structure, making it suitable for use in hydrogen atmospheres. Despite its compact size, it achieves a high flow rate (Cv value: up to 13.0).

Precautions for Use

The allowable installation tilt angle is within 30 degrees in all directions.
