In terms of heat resistance, the design is optimized to effectively withstand temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 230°C.

The system has a resisting pressure of 2 kgf/cm².

The slit features hard alumite treatment according to JIS6030 standards on aluminum.

Silicon heatproof packing is used for the chamber’s material.
