Various shapes and structures can be designed, including electric motors for EV/HEV. In recent years, the electrification of power transmission systems has accelerated and is developing rapidly. In addition to general industrial use, we have permanent magnet synchronous motors for EV/HEV for various power transmission systems.
In addition, we also have electric motors for special environments such as pressure-resistant explosion-proof types, as well as shapes and structures such as flat, elongated, inner/outer rotor types, high-speed, multi-pole, large diameter, and hollow types.

Feature

• The output can be manufactured up to about 450 kW.
• As for voltage, we can manufacture up to 400V class.
• The standard coil insulation is heat-resistant class F (heat-resistant class H is also available).
• For bearings, a rolling bearing grease lubrication system is used, but special bearings are also available.
• Both sensorless and sensor-equipped (encoder, resolver, hall element IC) are available.
• We design and manufacture motors of all shapes and structures, including pressure-resistant explosion-proof motors for special environments, flat, slender, inner and outer rotor types, high-speed, multi-pole, large diameter, and hollow types.
• It is also possible to comply with domestic explosion-proof standards, IEC standards, and US explosion-proof standards (FM standards).

Responding to various needs

AC motors that rotate on an AC power source include induction motors, which are relatively inexpensive and have a simple structure, commutator motors, which can be speed-controlled like DC motors, and synchronous motors, whose speed is constant regardless of the load. We manufacture these AC motors according to customer requests.

AC power supplies are broadly divided into single-phase and three-phase types, and we customize induction motors by closely discussing the shapes and structures to be used with our customers. As for synchronous motors, we also handle permanent magnet synchronous motors of various structures, including motors for special environments.
