What is rubber tip elastic pavement?

Rubber tip elastic pavement is a field-based mat based on rubber chips. It is a human-friendly elastic pavement that combines cushioning and safety when walking. By using colored rubber chips, it is possible to pave with a color that matches the landscape. Compared to rubber chip tiles, it can be installed over a wide area in a short period of time.

Rubber chip paving construction procedure

(3) Evenly level Use a leveling tool such as
a dragonfly to make the thickness of the rubber tip uniform.

(4) Compression with a thermal roller Compression is performed with a
thermal roller.

熱ゴテで仕上げ
(5) Thermal finishing Finishing Finishing with a
hot iron is used to finish down to the smallest details, such as evening out the unevenness and thickness of the surface.
