Features

This solution is ideal for handling workpieces with slanted suction surfaces, as it prevents direct thrust from the cylinder or robot from transferring to the workpiece. As a result, it protects surfaces and improves handling accuracy.

Moreover, the bellows structure adapts smoothly to different angles and height variations on suction surfaces. Consequently, it grips workpieces securely while preventing damage during operation.

In addition, the 1.5-fold type offers 12 size options ranging from φ2.5 to 50 mm (0.098 to 1.969 in). Likewise, the 2.5-fold type provides 7 sizes from φ5 to 42 mm (0.197 to 1.654 in), giving flexibility for many applications.

Furthermore, users can choose pad materials made of either NBR or silicone to match process requirements. At the same time, mounting brackets support both lateral piping and vertical piping for easier installation. Finally, an integrated spring buffer is also available, which helps absorb impact and enhances overall system stability.
