This compliance module effectively eliminates positioning error correction in the Z and α directions. As a result, it reduces galling during workpiece insertion, ensuring smoother operation and improved handling precision.

Operation Principles

The frame and plate enclose rolling steel balls, which move freely under the light centrifugal force of the restraining ring and spring.
When air pressure is applied, the inner plate is pushed down to lock it into the predetermined reference position with the locating steel ball.

This design enhances the reliability and accuracy of positioning tasks, making it ideal for applications requiring precise workpiece handling.
