This is a system that automatically welds temporarily fixed large cylindrical structures by combining mani-robo and turning rolls. The welding start point and welding line are taught in advance, but the robot automatically welds the actual workpiece while measuring and correcting it. The slide base, up/down movement, and front/rear movement of the boom are operated by the robot’s external axes.
