The Pipe Roller was born in response to requests for easy rotation of small-diameter pipes. It is a rotating device that is primarily intended for on-site work, and can weld pipes and long objects.

Features (PR-200XII type)

• Equipped with a digital peripheral speed display.
• Since it can be held close to the welded part, the influence of core runout can be reduced.
• Both the left and right sides can be tilted up to 45°, and an even more ideal welding posture can be obtained without removing and attaching the workpiece.
• The workpiece can be inserted and removed from the side, and by turning the pressurized part, it can also be done from the top, improving workability.
• The roll height is 100mm higher than the conventional machine, making it easier to work.
• The rotation of the drive wheels can be changed stably over a wide range by inverter control.
