ROBO-MATE is a device that automatically removes spatter adhering to the welding torch nozzle of arc welding robots and automatically applies anti-spatter adhesion liquid. In addition, there is also a type with a wire cut function that cuts the tip of the wire to keep the wire sticking out length constant and improve the arc start.
(*This is absolutely necessary when using the start point sensor.)

Features

• The main body cover is made of stainless steel, which provides anti-rust effect and suppresses the influence of anti-spatter liquid.
• All are operated by proximity switches, eliminating the need for interface work. It is easy to install and can be set immediately on any manufacturer’s robot or on already delivered robots.
• The continuous operating time of the robot is greatly extended, improving productivity and quality.

By using the RNP-3/RNP-7 in combination with the RNP-5, it is possible to perform wire cutting, nozzle cleaning, and spatter adhesion prevention liquid application.

RNP-3 type

RNP-5-VC type

●Wire cutting function only.

●There is no uncut area because the blades cross and cut.
