The TCS-4000 is a compact welding interlocking control system that can automate welding simply by connecting an outlet to a rotating jig machine that can be operated with a foot switch.

Positioners, open chucks, muckturns, pipe rollers, etc. that operate with a foot switch.
*Turning rolls, turntables, linear devices, etc. can also be used with a slight addition of a foot circuit (jig machine side).
