The TTC controller is a new type of welding interlocking control panel that enables proper table rotation by simply inputting the workpiece diameter and welding speed to the conventional welding interlocking function (limit switch method).

Features

• Accurate one-rotation automatic welding can be performed by the detection method using the limit switch.
• Just by digitally inputting the workpiece diameter and welding speed, the appropriate table rotation speed is automatically determined, so operation is simple and reproducibility is excellent.
  *For equipment combined with a motor amplifier that does not have a TG function (tachogenerator feedback), the speed setting is only a guideline because the motor rotation speed changes slightly due to load fluctuations.
• You can fine-tune the speed during welding with the UP/DOWN buttons on the touch panel.
