Features
It is the world’s first double-drum manual winch that uses a double drum. Unlike the capstan drum, this is an epoch-making winch that can be used not only for horizontal pulling, but also for lifting work. There are also two types of braking systems available, one for lifting and one for horizontal pulling.
2 types of braking system
A mechanical brake type that automatically applies the brake in one direction only by operating the handle, which is suitable for lifting work, and a latch type brake that holds both winding and unwinding directions when the brake is applied, which is suitable for horizontal pulling work. It has two types of braking system.
Wire rope setting method
Since the side frame is detachable, when the side frame is removed, it becomes a cantilever state, and the wire rope can be easily wound around the drum from any part.
No tension required
Two drums with special wire grooves that rotate in the same direction at the same time and wire holding rollers installed on each drum achieve stable reciprocating pulling force and wire rope loosening prevention with only one main unit. Therefore, there is no need to maintain the tension between the drum and the wire rope like a capstan winch.

Easy operability
Due to its high mechanical efficiency, the manual load during operation is very light compared to winches manufactured by other companies, making work easier. Due to its compact design, it is lightweight and very convenient to carry. In addition, the body can be easily fixed with the prescribed bolts. Another great feature is that each part is made by press processing, and the whole is assembled with bolts, so it can be easily disassembled. Even in the case of repair, anyone can easily repair and assemble by simply purchasing the parts and following the instruction manual.

All bearings use ball bearings from leading manufacturers. It is light to wind up and exhibits outstanding strength against wear. In addition, the speed reducer employs our unique shifting method gear that has been subjected to special heat treatment, allowing work to be performed with ease. The mechanical brake also has a mechanism that allows you to freely adjust the gap, so it has excellent durability. In addition, the surface is completely prepped and baked on, so it is resistant to rust and can be used in any work location.
Safety you can trust
Carefully selected materials and advanced design and technology boast an extremely high level of safety. In particular, the parts where the load is applied intensively are combined with precision press-processed ribs or double plates to further increase strength. A double safety mechanism is adopted for the mechanical brake, so even if an impact is applied to the claw arm, no braking will occur. In addition, since the two drums have independent parallel grooves, the structure prevents the wire ropes from coming into contact with each other. All are highly reliable and safe designs unique to our company.
