  • This design minimizes dust generation.
    To suppress dust generation during core attachment and detachment, a roller unit is embedded in the outer diameter of the body. To suppress dust generation from inside the shaft when the lugs expand and contract, and to prevent parts from seizing, the sliding parts are made of a combination of metal and resin.
  • We are removing residual foreign matter from the parts.
    Before assembly, all parts are degreased and cleaned, then ultrasonically cleaned, and finally dried in a dryer to remove any remaining moisture. Assembly is carried out in a clean booth, with meticulous care taken to prevent any oil, dirt, or other contaminants from adhering to the parts.
