Features

This is a non-curved, straight, elastic-cord type wrinkle-removing roll. It removes wrinkles without adding harmful distortion to the web.

• Scope of application
  These wrinkle-removing rolls are designed for line speeds of 450 m/min or less and tensions of 784 N or less.
  They are manufactured with an outer diameter of φ200 mm (rubber cord arrangement: 16 equal divisions around the circumference) and a roll surface length ranging from 2000 to 4500 mm.
• The amount of expansion can be adjusted.
  The optimal deployment amount can be adjusted by changing the angle of the rings on both sides of the roll using the adjustment bolts. The adjustment status can be checked on the angle scale plate.
  Standard deployment amount: 10.4 mm (ring tilt angle 3°)
• Mounting direction
  The sheet’s pass line can be adjusted in any direction, from horizontal to vertical.
  The sheet winding angle onto the roll is generally used within the range of 30 to 90 degrees.
• Further improvement in lifespan
  The design minimizes wear on the rotating/sliding components, thus improving the overall lifespan of the roll.
