MQT type overview
Features
- The MQT unit is quill type and master screw and female screw are attached to the spindle end. One pitch of the master screw advances with one rotation of the spindle and you can make an accurate screw stand. The brake is activated at the LS of the forward end, it stops suddenly, immediately reverses, moves backward and stops at the original position with LS.
- Each model number corresponds to the screwing ability of the tapping machine.
- Motor output can be changed by number of shafts and tap diameter.
- When the spindle rotation is less than 300 min – 1, use the reducer motor by special order.
- When the diameter of the transmission pulley becomes larger, it protrudes from the lower surface of the main body, so please use the appropriate liner on the bottom of the main unit.
- In the case of ordering, please specify separately for horizontal and vertical mounting.
- It may be used in conjunction with a feed unit. In this case, use the feed unit for fast forward and fast return only.
- Because it is a master screw type, there is no need for axial floating.
