Features

This is a magnetic particle testing device that supports multiple alternating magnetization methods. It can perform flaw detection in both vertical and horizontal directions at the same time, which can improve work efficiency.
The magnetization current values of the shaft and coil can be adjusted individually, so that the optimal current value according to the test object can be detected in a well-balanced manner.
One cycle of crimping the test object, spraying magnetic powder liquid, conducting magnetization, and opening can be performed automatically, which improves workability and reduces the burden on workers.
There are also stainless steel tanks, constant current control type and so on as options.
