A hydraulic power unit that offers optimal compactness, high pressure and high flow for drive sources for stamping presses

With the AC servo motor, the unit rotates the pump only to the extent necessary and optimally controls pressure and flow in accordance with the movement of the machine.
The unit has achieved 80% energy saving as compared with NACHI-Fujikoshi’s standard hydraulic units - High pressure and high flow

Perfomance
Briefing (for when applying to stamping presses)
- It can be used to replace a conventional hydraulic unit.
- The operating direction of the cylinder is switched using an electromagnetic switching valve.
- Cylinder velocity (flow) and load (pressure) can be controlled at will using the controller.
(Valves for velocity control and pressure control are not needed.) - The controller automatically switches between flow control and pressure control in accordance with the loading state.
- The unit can output an external signal (open collector signal) in tandem with flow and pressure commands. It can switch the electromagnetic switching valve, etc. in tandem with the commands.
