3-axis acceleration sensor
The axial acceleration sensor is a new type of acceleration sensor that detects acceleration in a three-dimensional space represented by the X, Y, and Z axes by separating it into acceleration components for each axis. A capacitive method is used to detect acceleration, resulting in a simple structure and low price.
Earthquake detectors using this acceleration sensor can be flexibly customized to meet customer requirements, such as for detecting vertical vibrations or rolling vibrations from all horizontal directions.

Caution
- There is a resonance frequency in the vicinity of the upper limit of the frequency response. Please do not apply in particular resonant frequency over frequency response. It may cause of the damage.
- Please do not apply excessive shock even after transport and installation becaue of the high sensitive sensor.
- Because of the sensor improvements, there is a case to change the specifications without notice this specification.
