Features
The welding head is equipped with a water cooling mechanism that can sufficiently cool down to the rotor gear of the electrode rotation part.
There are two types of clamp inserts: the thin “Type S” and the thick “Type W.”
The clamping mechanism adopts a unique three-part “scissor style” that fits within the head contour even in an open state.
The head has operation buttons on the handle, so there is no need for a remote control.
Cables and hoses are covered with a flexible hose sheath, and there is a hook on the power connection part to prevent strain

Orbital Weld 19 Welding Head Option Parts
One set of clamp inserts consists of six pieces per side.
The Wide Clamp Insert (thick: Type W) is used as a standard.
The Small Clamp Insert (thin: Type S) is used for fittings with short straight pipe sections.
