How to Use
(1) Connect each connection point. In cases where the gas to be drawn is hazardous, it is necessary to introduce facilities (such as exhaust systems) that can safely handle the gas discharged from the outlet.
(2) Supply the specified drive gas from the drive gas supply port. This will initiate suction from the suction port, and the connected pipes and equipment will reach a vacuum state.
