The code for Showa Seiko has an “S” at the end of the above alphabet (the above code is for Takeda Machinery and Fujimura Iron Works).

● Material SK5 / Quenching hardness HRC57
● The punch has a “stop rotation” key. There are three types: 7 mm width, 10 mm width, and 20 mm □.
7 mm width key …… for Fujimura Iron Works, 10 mm width key …… for Takeda Machinery, 20 mm □ key …… for Showa Seiko
For details, see the table below “Types of anti-rotation keys for long hole punches”. As standard, a key with a width of 10 mm is installed in parallel with L in the figure below.
● The outer diameter of the die for Takeda Machinery / Fujimura Iron Works is 43 mm. The dice also have two “anti-rotation” cuts. The Showa Seiko die is a 42 mm square.
