All processes on this equipment are completely automated from work ejection, measurement, judgment, and sorting, to non-defective product storage
1 hour of unattended operation is possible.
The device uses a non-contact detector with a 0.1μm resolution and achieves high precision measurement with a repetition accuracy of 1μm. Additionally, a 32-bit CPU processes the measurement data, and each piece takes only 3.5 seconds for a cycle time. You can save the data in a file, use it for process capacity statistics management, and also print it out.
