• eMASS is installed in an air knife device that blows off zinc attached to the steel plate in a zinc pot.
• It reduces the vibration of the steel plate by the magnetic attraction force of the electromagnets, minimizing the variation in the amount of zinc coating.
• The electromagnets are arranged in pairs, facing each other across the steel plate, and control is performed for each pair.
• This also helps in correcting the warping of the steel plate at the air knife device.
