Manufacture and recycle synthetic fluorite from used hydrofluoric acid

Hydrofluoric acid is manufactured from fluorite (CaF2 crystals), which is a difficult resource to obtain. Until now, used hydrofluoric acid was disposed of as flocculated sludge.
With the advent of [EcoCrysta®], which uses a crystallization method, it has become possible to manufacture synthetic fluorite from used waste hydrofluoric acid and recycle it.
