Cleanroom compatible (ISO standard cleanliness class 3)
In addition to the low-dust-generating roller structure, the use of low-dust-generating clean grease has achieved a cleanliness level of ISO Class 3 * (equivalent to FED Class 1).

Uses low-dust clean grease
Low dust emission clean grease is applied to ball screws, guides, bearings, and similar components.

For example , EZSM3 achieves ISO Class 3 cleanliness with an internal suction volume of 20 liters/min or more.
