This is a level gauge that allows you to see the liquid level of a liquid that solidifies without heating or cooling. A jacket pipe is closely attached to the outside of the level gauge body, and steam for heating and cooling water for cooling are allowed to flow, preventing changes in the temperature inside the liquid chamber and stabilizing the liquid level.
