We were tasked with manufacturing standard STB prototypes.

The size of our ultrasonic test sample is more precise than the size specified by JIS.

Considering the intended use, we have made a sample with a hole perpendicular to the test surface, which is not required in the drawing.

The perpendicularity of the hole to the test surface, the roundness, the distance to the hole, the direction of grinding, etc., and the accuracy of the test piece are determined by the test piece.

We provide high quality test specimens taking into account the hole perpendicularity to the test surface, roundness, distance to the hole, grinding direction, etc., which are not required in the drawing.
