SK-270WP-K is a waterproof digital thermometer with a single operation.

Single operation

Measurement can be started just after the power is on without any configuration.

Serial number and calibration date shown when turned on

There is no sticker on the body to prevent contamination.
Upon powering on, the unit conveniently displays its serial number and the date of its most recent factory recalibration, streamlining on-site management.
Note: Only the unit calibrated at our factory shows a calibration date. Users cannot edit it.
Example: Serial No. and calibration date (month and year).

Display hold and auto power-off functions

Hold function enables a measured value fixed on display to improve the readability while the temperature changes too frequently.
Auto power-off function enables the device turned off automatically if not in use for 60 minutes. It saves battery even if you forget to turn the power off. As needed, this function can be released.

Resistant body to water, impact, heat and alcohol

The SK-270WP-K features a body constructed from polycarbonate resin, known for its exceptional resistance to heat, impact, and alcohol in contrast to conventional ABS resin. Its IP67 waterproof rating allows for easy rinsing with running water when connected to a probe, and it can be cleaned with alcohol wipes. Notably, both the display section and keypad are crafted from PET resin for added durability.

Durable, hygienic body and easy-to-read display

Rubber around the side of the body reduces the damages due to falling. Also, the device is designed to contain as few holes and ditches as possible to prevent contamination. The slanted back improves the readability of the display.

Optional probes

Various sensor probes are provided for a variety of applications. Every probe is made of materials regulated by Japan’s Food Sanity Act. Probes can be interchangeably used with a main unit.

Calibration available

We provide traceable calibration and JCSS-certified calibration, with JCSS being Japan’s official authority under the ILAC MRA, ensuring compliance with ISO-level measuring instrument management requirements. Each calibration is performed as a combination of the main unit and a probe.
