The resin lever provides excellent insulation due to its low thermal conductivity, which makes it especially suitable for commercial ovens. When you rotate the handle from 0° to 55°, it creates a deliberate gap in the door that allows steam and hot air to escape—enhancing safety during operation.

As you continue rotating the handle, you’ll notice a distinct click at 0°, 55°, and 90°, each confirming the handle’s position and locking it firmly in place. To temporarily close the door, you simply give it a gentle push. Then, thanks to the integrated roller mechanism, you can smoothly and securely seal the door. This tightening motion spans 11.5 mm from the temporary to the fully closed position, ensuring a tight fit every time.

Furthermore, you can adjust the roller on the receiving seat to fine-tune the door’s alignment and performance. Because the receiving seat uses a latch-type mechanism, it adds an extra layer of safety by preventing stress on the oven body or handle, even if the door is used incorrectly.

Finally, the design comes in both right-opening and left-opening configurations, giving you the flexibility to suit various oven layouts.
