The lock can be opened simply by matching the code (dial) with the PIN number, so there is no need to manage child keys.
A high-security TAK series lock is built in so it can also be opened with a key. Effective for individual handling and as a master system for a general administrator.
The code is four digits from 0 to 9, allowing for 10,000 possible combinations.
The PIN number can be easily changed with a single lever operation.
Installation is compatible with A-160-1, A-240-1, A-464-1, etc.

Remarks

Please apply lubricant to the sliding parts regularly to maintain smooth operation. Make sure not to return the handle lever to the main body using a PIN that is different from the set number, as this may cause malfunctions or damage. You can only operate the variable lever with the correct set PIN number.

To ensure proper use, avoid placing the product outdoors or in areas exposed to water. You can choose between two lock types—the electromagnetic lock LE-464 and the standard type A-464—both of which share the same shape for easy compatibility.

If needed, you can upgrade the lock to the high-security TAK80 type. Additionally, you can convert it to a master key system and use key numbers 0200, 500, or R0220.

In case you forget your PIN number, you can still unlock the product with the key. However, you won’t be able to change the PIN afterward. To help prevent this, use the attached number sticker as a reminder.

Lastly, we recommend applying a loosening prevention agent to the screws when attaching the stopper plate. This helps keep the screws secure and avoids any unwanted loosening over time.
