Product Description

It is highly advisable to add an air chamber. Utilizing the compressibility of air, the air chamber converts the pulsating flow of the pump into almost continuous stream. This can prevent acceleration resistance, over-feeding phenomenon, piping vibrations and other adverse effects and prolong the service life of the diaphragm and the pump itself. Air must be replenished.

Notes) For the material of an air chamber, use SUS (stainless steel) so far as that material is well resistant against your solution.
The resin-made air chamber is unavoidably affected by ultraviolet rays and liquid chemicals after a long time of use.
It is recommended to replace the air chamber with a new one every 3 years or so for added safety. Also, be sure to mount
an air chamber cover on a resin-made air chamber.
