Features
The VB-2326 series 2-way solenoid valve is designed for opening and closing flow paths for non-corrosive water, oil, air, non-corrosive gases, and saturated steam.
In particular, this series has a separate structure that minimizes the influence of fluid temperature on the electromagnetic operating section, making it most suitable for high-temperature fluids below 180℃.
Additionally, a yoke separates the valve body from the electromagnetic section, enabling the creation of valves with custom signal switches or manual levers.
By standardizing the valve body material to stainless steel (custom-made), it becomes suitable for special chemical solutions and food-related applications.
Products other than 100A can operate up to a maximum pressure difference of 0.7MPa, so they have a wide range of use and are used for fluids other than room temperature.
A strong spring inside the iron core opens the valve when not energized, while magnetic force exceeding this spring closes the valve. However, due to a small margin, it’s unsuitable for back pressure environments.
The electromagnetic operation part is a DC electromagnetic type with continuous rating class B insulation, so you can rest assured that even if trouble occurs with valve operation, there will be little chance of coil burnout.
In addition, we have a surge suppressor and rectifier built into the terminal box, so we can manufacture it for either AC or DC.
The valve is directly connected to the electromagnet, so it operates reliably even without pressure.
