Feature

• By changing the conventional air-driven pail pump to a servo-driven system, it has evolved into a high-precision pump that allows for precise flow control and is unaffected by viscosity changes.
• The air-operated lifting ram cylinder presses down on the follower plate to create downward pressure, and the priming piston assists in the upward movement of the priming piston to draw the liquid into the pump.
• The plunger pump then pressurizes and delivers the liquid, ensuring high-precision and reliable delivery even of semi-solid, high-viscosity materials.

• Optional components such as high-pressure liquid hoses, fittings, and end discharge valves are available.
• For filler-containing liquids, the pump can be changed to a wear-resistant specification.
• Two PAL-SERVO units can be placed side-by-side to create a tandem or two-component configuration.
  In the case of a two-component configuration, the mixing ratio can be set arbitrarily (see reference photo below).
