Features

This machine was developed to effectively process the rudder bosses of large ships. It consists of a CNC-controlled facing head, a CNC3D-controlled column and head, and a manual adjustment handle device to adjust the overall horizontal swivel angle. The ladder is a welded steel plate structure and is heavy, so it is designed to be compact so that the machine can be moved to the workpiece and processed.
Portable features – Electrical control, hydraulic unit, and lubrication system are all on board. Four eye bolts for transportation are also installed.
Multi-processing function – the processing head at the tip can be easily replaced. We also manufacture drill taps, multi-axis drills, angles, milling, boring, eccentric machining heads, etc. according to your request. Compared to the conventional method using a horizontal boring machine, this machine has an original configuration that is operator-friendly and allows for highly accurate and efficient machining. We also manufacture machines that take advantage of the features of this machine and apply them to other uses.
