Horizontal transport
Collecting conveyor used at check-in counters
Even in general horizontal conveyance, belts are required to have various characteristics.
Using the optimal belt for each condition, such as the type of conveyed goods, conveying speed, forward/reverse running, starting and stopping, and accumulation, leads to improved conveyance efficiency.
Inclined transport
The conveying incline angle depends on the type of conveyed goods, the material and surface finish of the belt used, etc. It is
also affected by the operating environment such as dust and humidity.
Transilon is capable of inclined conveying even if the belt surface is smooth.
For steep inclines and inclined conveying of small or bulky goods, we offer belts with special patterns and belts with cross bars.
Curved Conveyor
By dividing the curved belt into several segments, the load on the belt can be reduced and it is possible to transport heavier objects.
Curved conveyor belts are compatible with almost all belt guide systems.
Pickup and Delivery
The belt is designed with width rigidity, so it runs straight and flat even when the pusher or side-drop guide is in operation.
The surface of the belt is always flat and made of wear-resistant material, allowing smooth loading and unloading from the side during collection. On the other hand, for side-loading (lateral belt sorter), a thin and flexible belt is required, and the surface needs to have a high friction coefficient to accommodate sudden acceleration.
Transilon uses a special tension member structure to achieve energy-saving running.
