This switch box attaches directly to the actuator’s rotating shaft, removing the need for fine adjustments and eliminating misalignment problems. The switch, housed in a pressure-resistant, explosion-proof casing, ensures reliable detection by isolating it from the environment.

It supports both mechanical and analog signals, as well as HART communication for remote monitoring of valve states. You can easily retrofit it without major design changes, and the display provides visual confirmation of valve positions, enhancing on-site safety and reducing maintenance labor. By integrating sensor technology for stable plant operation, labor-saving, and IIoT compatibility, this switch box introduces a new solution for valve detection in Japan, contributing to safer plant operations.
